Rental Requirements


Credit Policy
Brewer Equipment Company rents primarily to contractors and other businesses that have applied for an open account with our company and been approved by our credit department. The approval process normally takes one to two days.

For non contractors, such as homeowners, we do accept a signed credit card authorization form as a security deposit for our equipment. The cardholder must be physically present in our office to sign the form and lease agreement. The initial rental charges must be paid using the same credit card.

Insurance Policy
Brewer Equipment Company does not insure the equipment while it is in your possession. Customers are 100% responsible for any loss and damage to our equipment.

Delivery Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for delivery and pick up of equipment. Customer must provide a representative to assist in handling the equipment on the job site and to sign the delivery and pick up receipts.
